Our History
Nikki Thompson founded Top Jobs Group in a self-made office in a garage during COVID lockdowns in 2020. After years of working for a traditional high street agency, Nikki wanted to provide a high calibre service with a personal face-to-face screening process, enabling the perfect match for client and candidate.
